Thank you for being so flexible on friday at Charlton Athletic Football Club! We had a lot of speeches and raffles for the troops to get through before going off to Africa and the band were very understanding. The Dukes are great guys, incredibly professional, talented, friendly and a lot of fun.
We found The Dukes for our wedding through Alive Network and were impressed by the testimonials and audio clips… we weren’t disappointed! The day was running a little late, but the band were totally flexible with setting up and fitting in the playing time. They chose the playlist perfectly from our chat beforehand as well as doing a few requests on the night – even playing our university anthem ‘Loveshack’ even though they’d never played it before as a band! So many of our guests commented on how good the band were and we agree – best wedding band we’ve heard for a long time!! The Dukes are great guys, incredibly professional, talented, friendly and a lot of fun. It felt like they were guests by the end of the night. We can’t recommend them enough – we’re now trying to find excuses to book them again!! Best wishes, Emma & Steffan -
The Dukes were everything we could have wished for in a band.
The Dukes were everything we could have wished for in a band on our wedding day. They were prompt, friendly, organised and above all a brilliant band who got everyone up and dancing from early on in the evening. One of the key things we wanted from our wedding was to see everyone dancing and having a good time and the Dukes were a huge part in helping to make this happen. Thank you! -
